These terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by PureEssentia and are subject to change without notice, however they do not affect your statutory rights. Please read carefully.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards with payment being made via a secure gateway provided by Skril.

 

Privacy

 Our customers' information will never be shared with any third parties for any reasons.

Security

Credit card numbers are not held on this website. Payments are made via our Payment Gateway provided by Skrill meaning that your credit card info or any kind of info will never be know by any third part (including us).

Delivery

PureEssentia will ensure that orders (except the custom made orders)  are dispatched as soon as possible (usually 2-3 days after the order was placed).

All packages are sent through registered mail.

However we will not be held liable for any losses,  or expenses caused by a delay in the postal system..It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the order upon delivery for any shortages or damage to goods. If there is a problem please email info@olivius immediately to pure.essentia@gmail.com to inform us.

Returns

Returned goods must be returned and unworn in original packaging with any original tags still attached .

Customers will be adised to obtain a proof of postage, als using registered mail.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please email pure.essentia@gmail.com if you wish to return an item.Please note that due to hygiene regulations, pierced earrings are non-returnable.The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.

PureEssentia will not be responsible for any returned goods lost or delayed in the post.

Care Instructions

All of our items are handmade and many are delicate , so please ensure that you treat your jewellery with care whilst wearing and storing it. 

We provide linen bags for most of our items and recommend that you store your jewellery in these.

Please avoid contact with chemicals like perfume, deodorant and body make-up , as the chemicals in these can damage your jewellery.

Also avoid swimming, taking bath or wetting the jewelry. This can also damage the jewelry.
