Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using registered mail with tracking number available.

If you prefer delivery by  Fedex, DHL or  EMS, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. So you can be sure that your items are well-protected.

 

RETURNS

 PureEssentia  does its best for you to be totally satisfied with your jewelry, but if there is a problem ,then we will exchange within 7 days of receipt.Refunds will only be offered on goods that are returned within the 7 day period, and on a case by case basis.Due to hygiene reasons, there is no exchange or refund offered on pierced earrings. Return postage fees and tracking are the responsibility of the buyer.

In your parcel that you are returning , please include you details; name, address, e-mail and order number.

Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please e-mail us immediately at pure.essentia@gmail.com and we will do our best to deal with the matter.Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded depending upon the circumstances.
